Hilton Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport

We were there for an arts conference with an international draw; travel there was easy! Delightful service at front desk, food service, seamless. Small glitch day one with dietary needs in lunch service was resolved in mere minutes: now that was very well and graciously done! We felt warmly cared for.

Nice young lady checked us in and was really friendly at the front desk this evening. Room is clean and comfy and a cool layout. Very comfortable bed after a long day. Highly recommend

How many hotels (in a non-resort location) offer a full bar and restaurant these days? I can tell you, very few, but this one does and drinks were great and the food excellent. Close to the MSP airport and shopping. I only stayed one night. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. My only complaint is that the walls are a little thin. Other than that, I will stay here again on my next business trip to the area.

Great stay for an early flight. Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice to have a good restaurant/bar on sight. Would stay again.

The front desk and restaurant service is excellent. It is located very conveniently close to the airport and the Mall of America. But the rooms are not in great shape.They need an upgrade.

Hello to all who will be reading this review… I booked this hotel for a conference that I was attending there. Upon checking into the hotel the staff was so friendly, and really put forth a lot of effort to make sure that I had what I needed and that was awesome in itself. I asked for a specific floor that I wanted to be on and it was given to me. I needed batteries for one of my devices, and it was provided. Sharmin, the front desk supervisor was the best! Thank you so much for all of your help, your kindness, and your generosity. If I remembered the other person’s name that assisted me with a few things as well I’d name him, but thank you all. When There was an issue with something in my room it was immediately fixed. I needed clarification on my bill he explained it to me. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. They were so comfortable! Thank you the maid that was on floor nine for the morning shifts that weekend she was so kind. Also, when I arrived I was on a fast, only eating certain foods. The server made sure that he provided me with the best service, and the soups were delicious! I’m am truly grateful to have received such kindness and support from the staff here at this hotel and the restaurant!Much love to you all and many blessings! Oh and I had an amazing view of the water and the refuge with the forest surrounding, just lovely!!! The shuttle driver’s were awesome too! Thanks again!

Bed was comfy, room clean, large room w ample seating & workspace. Staff were great.

My room was considered a "Pureness" room with an air purifier and everything hypoallergenic. I felt very comfortable knowing I was breathing freshness. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially loved the comfy pillows. In fact I am looking into buying them for at home. My only negative and why I rated it a 4 was because it was so cold in the room I froze the first night! I tried to get the heat to run only to find out the next day they had shut the heat off and was only running AC! When I called the front desk the next morning, they sent up space heaters, so I was comfortable the rest of my stay. The temps were cold at night, so I just wish they would have told me that the heat was shut off, which was still early in Minnesota. The room was appointed well but does need an upgrade. And the bathroom was very small. I had a walker, and it was difficult to use the bathroom.
